IS HIP HOP BACK

Remember in the 90's, and you walk into a music store. It was like a candy shop with so many options. Now days it seems if you walk into a music store or download music you know exactly what your going to get. Many say that hip hop is dead because no one loves the craft anymore. Its no longer called hip hop and to replace that name is rap and club music. First, they south blew up the scene with A totally different feel of music which to me was o.k. because its always room for new things as long as you love what you do.
2008, The year of the dance. Some people say this had a big hand in the killing of hip hop. I must admit, this wasn't my cup of tea but we have to keep it real this wasn't the first year of dance. Shall I remind you people between the age of 25 to 35, we had that same shit pop off  to keep it real. remember BASS MUSIC 95 south, 2 live crew ect. We did it to, but not to the extreme as 2008.
Don't get it twisted, i'm not taking up for this new generation but you got to be far right. In my generation we had something called ''CLASSIC ALBUMS" and when it come to these new cats they just don't have the love for it and if they do they have a hard time showing it. To me it seems like they love what they game can do for them instead of what the music can do for the streets. it seems like every body wants to be a  G's the move work and will kill up the whole block.
It is now 2009, and thank god we are starting to get back to the basics. I guess if you have a mob of artist saying the same thing (HIP HOP IS DEAD) it starts to become a movement. but at the end of the day you will always have light cause without it there is no dark, bad music cause without it theres no good music.
